Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a K8 school program in Ontario, CA. This is a full-time, onsite role running through the end of the 20252026 school year, offering consistency, growth, and the chance to make a lasting impact in a supportive educational environment.
Position Details:
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech-language screenings using age-appropriate protocols developed by the SLP (no interpretation required)

Implement treatment plans designed by the supervising SLP

Provide direct therapy support to students individually or in small groups

Assist with therapy documentation and preparation of materials
Qualifications:

Active California SLPA license
-
Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
